Mastering the grand challenges of leadership. Together.
About Us
The Future of Leadership Initiative (FLI) a community of thougt leaders across generations, industries, and disciplines. We operate as an open and collaborative think tank to understand, explore, and master the grand challenges of leadership.
The FLI was founded in 2013 by the Center of Digital Technology and Management, a joint institution of two leading German universities (TU and LMU) and the MLI Munich Leadership Institute. We are located in Munich, Germany, but our network reaches from California to Hong Kong.
