THE FLI ANNUAL GRAND CHALLENGE 2019
Each year, the FLI community selects a pressing issue of leadership, our so-called annual “Grand Challenge”. Global thought leaders, senior executives, and selected talents from leading universities join forces in an exciting co-creation process with one shared ambition: Generating valuable insights and future-proof strategies how leadership can unlock the true potential of individuals, teams, and organizations. The insights of the annual topic will be published in a joint publication (open source).

The rise of intelligent machines brings about unprecedented challenges and opportunities for individuals, organizations, and our society at large:

FUTURE LAB
A 1.5 day leadership lab for business executives to learn about the impact of machine intelligence on leadership practice. Participants will learn from inputs of global thought leaders, share best practices and derive applicable tools how leadership can empower everyone to master the digital transformation.

FLI CONFERENCE
